Refund Policy

At Evolution Webs, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and support to our clients. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

General Policy

As a standard policy, we do not offer refunds on services rendered, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • All service fees, including but not limited to web design packages, hosting, maintenance plans, and consultancy, are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • If you choose to cancel an ongoing service (such as hosting or a maintenance plan), the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused time or partial service periods.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Evolution Webs, and must be requested in writing within 7 days of the original transaction. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation of Services

You may request to cancel a recurring service or subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team. Cancellation will stop any future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payments made.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
